Aside from my work as a gardener, I’ve spent the last several years pursuing my interests and hobbies, shaping them from dreams into real skills that enrich my life on a daily basis.
I’ve spent the last few years working in professional kitchens, reading and collecting cookbooks, playing with fire - and have become a successful cook, hosting private dinner parties, teaching wood-fired cooking classes, and turning fresh local produce into delicious dishes for those around me.
I’ve also dabbled in photography over the years - my most recently with 35mm film. I use my photography to share what I’m up to, and what I think is unique - no rhyme or reason, and you’ll find my work spans across subjects like surfing, adventure, food, travel, the outdoors, and occasionally, a bit of friendly collaboration with different brands - without claiming the influencer title…Just good fun.
